THE RACHET WHEEL
Made of hardened steel, these teeth are cut on the lathe with a shaping tool.
A polished drop and a circular brushed sublimates this piece.
TOURBILLON
15.5mm diameter, in hardened black polish steel with a specific balance wheel and hairspring with breguet overcoil.
The tourbillon is fully decorated with quality watchmaking finishes.
DIALS
In silver and hand engraved. The center of the hours dial is very finely micro-blasted and the periphery of the two are circle brushed.
TOURBILLON BRIDGE
The tourbillon bridge are microblasted with polish bevelled edges. On the base, the two positioning pins are polished.
All the bridges are decorated in the same way.
ENGRAVING
The engravings of the movement are handmade by one of the best engraver in watchmaking world.
HANDS
The Hands are black polish, blued and mounted on a steel polish chaton.
THE CASE
The case in stainless steel is also hand finished with polish bevelled edges and circular brushed.
RACHET SPRING
Is black polish with polished beleved edges.
BREGUET HAIRSPRING
From a raw hair spring, it set to the right length with a machine to get the right vibration . Finally the breguet terminal curve is formed by hand.
WHEELS
Wheels are made in the traditional way.
At the beginning is a raw brass stamp wheel.
The teeth are cut one by one on the lathe. Finally the polished beveled edges and the circule brushed are realized.
